Shipping

All packages within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post no later than 24 hours after they are received. The following shipping rates will apply in Canada.

Packages shipped to the lower mainland will typically arrive 24 hours after they are shipped. Orders to Eastern Canada will normally take 5 business days to arrive.

Please note that when ordering gallons, a small additional charge will apply because of the extra weight. If no one is home to receive your parcel, Canada Post will hold it for up to 15 days at a depot near you for collection. We do not ship to PO boxes. All orders will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card you are using to pay for your order.

If you are ordering from the USA, the shopping cart will not show a shipping charge. Submit your order and someone from Autowerkes Exclusive will email you your total including the shipping cost. This cost includes Handling, Packing and Insurance. It does not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees that may be added by your country upon delivery. All orders shipped into the USA are shipped Canada Post Expedited.

We do everything possible to ensure your package arrives safely and in good order. All lids are double checked before packaging. All bottles and jars are placed in poly bags so that in the event of a leak, nothing else is affected. We put all of our microfibre towels in poly bags. We do try to be environmentally conscious when possible so we use bio-degradable shipping peanuts and we recycle boxes when possible.

Returns – Worry Free Shopping!

Most online stores want all returns to be unopened and in saleable condition. Then how are you supposed to know if you like the product or not? I want all of you to be happy with your purchases and to use the products you get from me. I try hard to only sell products that will make you as happy as they make my clients and I. However, not everyone will share my opinion. If you try a product and are not happy with it, contact me and I’ll do my best to make it work for you. If I can’t, you can send me the unused portion back (at your expense of course) and I will exchange it for something else of equal or lesser value or return the purchase price minus shipping costs. This policy only applies to perishables ( soap, wax etc). Please contact us prior to returning any goods to get an authorization number. Any parcels returned without an authorization number will be refused.
